Fully-automatic High-Speed Band-Earlooped 3-Ply Medical Surgical Face Mask Making Machine

This machine for producing medical/surgical face masks and it makes 3-to-4-ply masks automatically by the following procedures.
1) Unwinding, feeding non-woven fabrics and nosepiece;
2) Cutting nosepiece, wrinkling and laminating fabrics by welding;
3) Cutting elastic fabric as band-earloops and welding them;
4) Cutting and delivering masks out.

The above process is done automatically and continuously by PLC.
