2. When order

Joint length of rubber conveyor belt for vulcanizing jointing could be connected together by single or several pieces if necessary. Make clear for model and specification of product and indicate width and tensile strength of rubber conveyor belt as well as tension in kilogram required for vulcanizing jointing when ordering products.



Standard Press will include below components:

Standard is Auto Electric pumps (if small press, also will suggest use manual pump, save cost)

Standard heating platen with Water cooling system and with new plug & socket

With Almex style pressure bag (double layers rubber bag, without aluminum alloy frame, is complete integral)

For 200PSI, we will choose steel bolts & nuts and for 100PSI, we will choose aluminum bolts & nuts

Standard high quality auto controller

1.Power Voltage: 380V. 660V. 480V. 440V. 415V. 400V or 220V 2.Vulcanizing pressure: 0.6~1.2 MPa (6~12kg / cm2) (Determined by detailed rubber belts) Other vulcanizing pressure can also be available at negotiated price. 3.Vulcanizing temperature: 145u00b0C (adjustable 0~200u00b0C) 4.Temperature-rising time (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature): no more than 35 min 5.Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to thickness of rubber belt;
