Corrugating roll is also the heart of single facer machines. Corrugating roll is divided into upper roll and lower roll, its special socket shape making two-roll paired mesh assembly, the meshing mechanism distinct from the usual gear. Lower corrugating roll for active roll, shaft end fitted with gears, motor reducer driven lower corrugating roll rotation. Upper corrugating roll for driven roll, rely on roll teeth meshing transmission .In order for corrugated paper shaped between up roll and lower roll, pressure on its forming, must exert some pressure on the corrugating rolls. The corrugating roll is in addition to rotate around its own axis and direction. This movement is through the radial pressure cylinder corrugating roll ends, biting pressure of meshing for running.
