The interior of the IMC tube is zinc-coated to help prevent corrosion as well as metal-to-metal contact. All seams are smoothly welded, and the interior is free of any defects or rough surfaces. This allows for easy and continuous wire pulling.

IMC pipe is approved for installation in both indoor and outdoor environments. The pipe can be left exposed or concealed within a wall or other structure. IMC conduit is also approved for hazardous locations and all types of climatic conditions.

EMT conduit is manufactured in standard 10-foot lengths. Depending on the application and the number and gauge of wires to be pulled, EMT is available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch up to 4 inches.
