Proximity switch with degree of protection IP69K:
Under certain environmental conditions, the reliability of standard sensors is not guaranteed after a long period of operation. For example, in a car wash system, the injection of high-pressure water may enter the inside of the sensor, which may cause a hidden danger of the sensor failure. To this end, Pepperl+Fuchs designed a new type of sensor that can operate in a high-pressure environment, and in a similar application, the problem is solved.
Our proximity switch design features include a rugged mechanical part such as a plastic sensor head and sensor housing, plasma cleaning of all sealing surfaces, and coil system pre-sealing. This allows our products to far exceed the IP67/IP68 level of testing requirements.

Antimagnetic anti-welding proximity switch:
The proximity switch used in the welding system has anti-interference characteristics against strong magnetic fields and strong resistance to harsh environments.
The product is made of a durable Ryton material that is resistant to molten metal, plus a solder-proof brass housing.
