FEATURES
Terminal and terminal box
The three-field alternator had 12 leads brought out to the terminals in the terminal box. The terminals are put on the non-drive end. The box is equipped with removable panels.
Voltage regulation
Voltage regulation refers to the change of voltage from no-load to full-load with power factor ranging from 0.8 to 1 and 3%s fluctuations of the speed of the engine. Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR.
INSULATION
Insulation Class H.
All wound components parts are all immersed in varnish twice.
Winding and electric features:
2/3 pitch winding design can effectively eliminate the third harmonic wave(3th.9th,15th) of the voltage. Connected to the network in parallel, the structure can restrain excessive currents in the midline
A continuous damp winding abates surges. The poles and gears of the windings are carefully chosen, this and the 2/3 pitch help to check the wave distortion and output voltage.
Overload
Short time load rating of up to 150% of the rated current in 2 minutes. The alternators can carry a load of 110% for one hour in six.
Phone interference
THF is less than 2%. TIF is less than 50
