Horizontal flow bench noise is relatively small, the wind direction is outward, so it is mostly used in the electronics industry, which has little effect on the health of the body. According to the operation structure, it is divided into two forms: single-sided operation and bilateral operation, and according to its use, it can be divided into general ultra-clean workbench and biological (pharmaceutical) ultra-clean workbench.

Principle

The principle of the ultra -clean workbench is in a specific space. The indoor air is pre -filter through the pre -filter, which is pressed into the static pressure box by a small centrifugal fan, and then the air -efficient filter is filtered by air. The cleaning airflow has a certain and uniform section wind speed, which can exclude the original air of the working area and take away the dust particles and biological particles to form a sterile high -clean working environment.

Note: Ultra-clean bench is different from biosafety cabinet. The ultra-clean bench can only protect the reagents operating in the bench from contamination and does not protect the staff, while the biosafety cabinet is a negative pressure system, which can effectively protect the staff.
