Automatic liquid packaging machine

The machine adopts compound plastic film (PE/PET nylon/PET) as packing material. It can finish the whole processes of bag forming, filling with fixed quantity, date marking, cutting off and metering with bag-forming mode of back-sealing or wide sealing. The ultraviolet ray lamp inside machine can realize sterilization. Stepless speed regulation is available to determine bag's length and filling with fixed packaging of liquid, adhesive particle or semi-adhesive particle.

1) All the work of bag making, measuring, material filling, sealing, counting and code printing can be done automatically.

2) Photoelectric and tracing system or PLC system can be provided with your specific requirements.

3) The PLC controller has the advantages such as setting the length of the bag, the output alarm and the speed and quantity with buttons.

4) code-printing machine can be equipped to automatically print 1-3 lines of letter, like number and date.

5) Suitable packing material: PET/AL plating/PE, PET/PP, BOPP film, nylon compound

film and other materials can be heat sealed.

Installation and Debugging

The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the installation and debugging. Cost would be bear on buyer's side(round way flight tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country). The buyer should provide his site assistance for the installation and debugging.
