AIR HEATING VAPORIZER FOR LPG

Ambient Vaporizer system for LPG was developed to utilize natural evaporation capacity by air heating, which is completely different from existing water bath system that requires electric power. The system consists of three key parts-GFC (Gas Flow Control), LFC (Liquid Flow Control), and Mixing Ratio Control Regulator (MCR).



The operation is simple. High pressure vapor mixed with pressure reduced LPG in MCR supplies admixture to LFC so that it can maintain the liquid level uniformly. In this process, the system's efficiency of vaporization can be achieved at the highest level.



Because this system does not require the presence of electric power, users can save lots of cost. Needless to say, there's no risk caused by electricity. Ambient Vaporizer made by NSTE is a totally environmental friendly device.
