Operation

Compressed air enters the integral pre-filter and passes into the A group of desiccant chambers which consist of certain numbers of small independent desiccant cores where the air is dried before passing to the application.



Meanwhile, A small amount of dry purge air is used to regenerate B group of desiccant units which is wet, using the PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption)method of regeneration, venting the saturated air to atmosphere under pressure through concentrated drainage which connect with pre-filter.



Prior to changeover, the B group units enter repressurisation process to prepare exhausting the wet air, instantly open the drainage valve, purge air rapidly pass through desiccant units to efficiently regenerate desiccant.



This process ensures a smooth uninterrupted changeover, preventing the loss of any system pressure, before the process repeat itself
