Semiconductor cooler is made by using semiconductor materials' Peltier effect, when the direct current electricity through the thermocouple which composed by two semiconductor materials, one end is for endothermic and another end is for exothermic. TEC includes P-type and N-type (group), they are connected together through the electrode, and sandwiched between two ceramic electrodes; when a current flows through the TEC, will spread the heat which generated by the current from one side of TEC to another side, come into being "hot" side and the "cold" side of the TEC, this is the heating and cooling principle of TEC.
