1)This polyimide tube is made by seamless extrusion of our machine.The geometry is precise and the inner diameter of the tube is from 0.1mm to 5.0mm, and the wall thickness is 0.01mm~0.08mm.

2) High and low temperature characteristics, can be used for a long time at 200~300l degrees C, a short time, temperature up to 400 degrees, low thermal conductivity, high temperature softening deformation.

3) High mechanical strength, tensile strength of more than 170MPa. Measured internal diameter 0.25mm, casing tensile strength up to 4N, good friction performance, friction coefficient of about 0.5.

4) Dielectric properties are excellent, dielectric constant is about 3.4, dielectric strength is >100kv/mm. The casing insulation voltage of 0.03mm with measured wall thickness is greater than 3000V.



5) Chemically stable, resistant to all kinds of organic solvents and acids (except strong acids), etc., water boiling, radiation resistance, less volatile in hot vacuum.
