Lobe Pump

Rotary Lobe Pumps are positive displacement pumps. They are applied for a wide range of liquidized material transportation in many industries. These pumps offer low shear and gentle handling of the liquid to minimize product degradation, and they are very easy to clean between batches during operation.

Rotor Designs:

We offer several designs of rotors to treat liquids with solids and lumps. PLP-3A is the most universal design on the market, while 1A and 2A are particular developed to deal with the liquid with remarkable solid particles.

How It Works?

#1. Rotors are driven by the gear motor with highly accurate synchronization in contra-rotating direction.

#2. Fluid is sucked into the cavities formed between rotors and interior wall of the rotor case.

#3. The fluid is carried through until it reaches the discharge outlet.

#4. Fresh fluid is sucked and maintains the flow.
