1.Misfeed prevention system

The equipment can be incorporated into the MES system of the customer, and can accept the correct or wrong comparison instructions issued by MES. Only when the comparison is correct, the equipment can receive materials.

If the customer does not have a MES system, the equipment can use its own misfeed prevention system. Only when the comparison is correct, the equipment can be allowed to receive materials.

2.Material loss

The equipment has the empty material detection function. The empty material part at the front end of the material belt will be automatically identified and the empty material belt will be cut without material loss.

3.Automatic identification

The equipment has the function of automatic identification of material belt. Before material receiving, it does not need to select manually. The equipment automatically identifies and accurately cuts and corrects.

4.Automatic material receiving

After receiving the material belt, long press the material receiving button to turn the material belt into the material pan easily.
