 We are manufacturer of custom full automation machine or production line since 2003. Automatic relay assembling production Line includes terminal insertion machine, iron core riveting machine, dynamic and static spring inserting machine, coil assembling machine, single work station inspection machine, pin soldering machine, dispenser machine. All these are being operated together to improve capacity and reduce human cost.

2.Our Service

WARRANTY: 

1 year from date of shipment. If any damage during the period caused by the Seller, the Seller shall then offer free maintenance and free component replacement (Exclusive of quick-wear parts).

AFTER-SALES-SERVICE:  

We offer life-long maintenance service, only labor cost will be needed if beyond the warranty period. If any damage parts needed component replacement and the Seller is not to blame,
the Seller has the right to ask for material cost for replacement,

INSTALLATION: 

No.1: Seller send engineer’s to-buyer’s plant for installation and starting up and
training &all the expenses will be on buyers account. 

No.2:Buyer send engineer to the seller's factory for inspection of the finished machine
and learn how to assembly/operate the machine.Then assembly the machine by buyer himself.
Any training and learning will be free.

Q1: Where is your factory located?

A: Located in B4 block, Yijing Industrial Zone, Guangming district, Bao'an, Shenzhen. Welcome to visit our factory and pick up service is available if customers inform schedule ahead of time.

Q3: What is your terms of payment?

A: Multiple. It is negotiable.

Q4: What is your Pre-sales service?

Q5: What is the delivery time of your machine?

A: In general, the delivery time of our machine is about 50 days, customized machine will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.

A:Surely our machine can be customized as your need, Put on your logo is also available.

Q7: How about your warranty?

A: Generally, our warranty is one year. Within the warranty period, we can offer technique support. Our engineers may go to your place for better service.
