U.V.F  series burners are suitable for installation on rotary or cyclothermal ovens with a depressurised or slightly pressurised combustion chamber.

 The ventilation section was designed to provide low head delivery in order to obtain a diffused, noise-free flame.

The head is self-cleaning to protect combustion against flour invariably sucked in by the fan and to cut down servicing as much as possible.

 Reliable construction is assured for all our burners, specifically designed for bread baking. All operational and safety electrical equipment is located at a correct distance from heat sources, to ensure regular operation over long time.

To ensure rapid, easy installation and servicing, our burners are supplied with universal sliding flange for easy coupling, three-piece pipe conical for hydraulic connection and a multiple plug for eletric wiring.
