2016 newly type of micro flame welder has been used the most advanced technology(Its electrolytic voltage is DC 24V, and electrolytic current is DC 13A,which reduces power supply's breakdown.



special features of micro flame welder

1.energy-saving: consume water and electricity; electrolysis water into hydrogen and oxygen gases; use hydrogen and oxygen as source of flame replacing LPG, propane,acetylene fuel,natural gas or other fuel.

2.environmental-friendly and safe: output of hydrogen oxygen flame burning is only water vapor with on smell or no pollution.

3.five safety elements: automatic air switch, non-return valve, auto-pressure release valve,flashback arrestor, flame torch with anti-flashback device.

4.gas production can be adjustable. ( through rotating the black knob in front outer shell.)

5.water-lacking alarm for feeding cell to inform operator to add water into the machine once waterline is lower than 30% of the sight tube.

6.external flashback arrestor can be disassemble,cleanable and reusable.

7.LCD screen shows total gas output per hour,and electrolytic current of each electrolytic cell circularly.

8.detachable electrolytic cells; broken electrolytic cell can be replaceable easily.
